A BIRTH DOULA is an experienced labour companion who provides emotional and informational support in addition to, physical comforts during the childbirth process.

My role is to support the mother and her partner throughout the birth. I believe women have the intuition to labour and birth their babies, and I encourage mothers and their partners to explore their birthing options. My goal is to nurture the mother as she moves through labour and delivery, and provide her with comforting energy on this powerful journey of new beginnings.
