Birth Doula

We will discuss the details of our doula support during our initial consultation; with no charge or obligation. You can expect a number of prenatal visits (minimum of two) to educate and prepare you for birth and the immediate postpartum period. We are available for phone and email support throughout your pregnancy with 24/7 on-call support for urgent questions or concerns. We provide continuous support in hospital or home while you are in labour until shortly after baby arrives to provide assistance with initial feeding. Support includes use of a TENS machine and access to our lending library.
Keep in mind that some babies arrive early while others arrive late, this can affect our availability.

Postpartum Doula Care
Exclusively for our birth doula clients, postpartum care is tailored to individual needs. We offer information and virtual or in-person support with:
- New baby care (diapering, bathing, dressing)
- Breastfeeding/feeding support and education
- Light housework and meal preparation
- Emotional support
- Phone support for any questions or concerns regarding you and/or babe
Après Baby Home Visits
Postpartum home visits for families who haven't had us as their birth doula but who want support in navigating breastfeeding, postpartum emotions, sleep or early parenting. Your first visit is $75 with options for ongoing consulting based on availability.
